DEPOSIT AND RESERVATIONS:  Full payment (non-refundable) is due immediately to hold your reservation.  Please make check payable to Holiday Motor Tours.

CANCELLATIONS:  All payments are non-refundable.  Cancellation insurance is available and requires a doctor's certificate for payment.  We encourage you to purchase this insurance.

RESPONSIBILITY:  Holiday Motor Tours cannot be held responsible for weather or any conditions that might affect tour events.   Holiday Motor Tours Inc., and its agents act only in the capacity of the agent of the passengers in all matters relating to travel by railroad, motorcoach, boat, motor-car, steamship, airplane, or any other means; and such, holds itself free from all responsibility for any person or any company entrusted with such services or from whatever cause.  We reserve the right to change any arrangement herein set forth should conditions necessitate, offering substitutes of equal value or to cancel the operation of any tour.  The right is reserved to decline, to accept or retain any persons as members of this tour.  Rates subject to change without notice.

TICKET PACKAGES:  All ticket packages include one of the following: motorcoach transportation, transfers, pre-event hospitality,  post-event hospitality, service charges which reflect the cost of obtaining tickets, tailgate party, preplanned breakfast, boxed lunch, boxed dinner, meal packages, or restaurant hospitality. Services of Holiday Sports Tours/Sportstickets.net and preplanning event expenses are included in each ticket package. Ticket package inclusions vary with the event and are subject to change at any time.
